- Create a new Menu, for the sake of discussion, just name it “Secondary Menu”.
Appearance > Menus > Create a new menu - Add your Menu options from “Add menu items“, be it existing Pages, Posts, Categories, etc.
- Go to “Widget”, select from one of the Footer related widgets, “Footer Bar” for example
Appearance > Widgets > Footer Bar - Select and drop WordPress “Navigation Menu” widget to it.
- Save it. That’s it.
