How to run programs as an administrator in Windows 10

1. Find the app in the Start Menu under All apps as you would have done before
2. Click Open file location from within the More menu
3. Right click on the program and select Properties
4. Click Advanced within the Shortcut tab which is the default one
   Tick the Run as administrator box and click OK Run as administrator
   Click Ok on the main properties window and click Continue.
   You may need your administrator to approve the change if you do not have sufficient privileges Permission

That’s it! Now, this program will be set to ‘run as administrator’ by default. You’ll have to follow this process for each app you want it to apply for.
